in a world of self absorption, "quickies" and the non-committal - to think that wounding is in any way positive is tricky. We have such a utopian longing, that we rarely stay in relationship long enough to truly discover the kind of trust and process that it takes to go to the level of friendship that most of us long for - but rarely pay the price to achieve. We cultivate a world of "multiplied kisses" - just deep enough for some sense of connection - but no where near to the depth that actually changes us - or brings us to a place of selflessness and personal growth … when we stop "getting" - we move on
